I saw this dentist for several years. I had an infection in one tooth. They just did normal cleanings and never did anything about the infection. The doctor could see the exudate when I was at the appointment. Finally when I pushed him about the problems I was having he referred my to a periodontist it was too late. I later found out that he should have been measuring the pockets in my teeth at least once a year. I ended up losing the tooth. I went to my dental appointments every six months. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, I was very disappointed

Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
