I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bughra for over a year now. She’s a great Dr. very understanding, helpful and compassionate. I’m very glad I have her for my medical needs.
We had a terrible experience at Dr. Bhugra’s office. She turned my 92-year old mother away due to a car blocking the driveway to her office, and we couldn’t park; The staff on the phone are not helpful, and their excuse is, “The doctor is busy seeing patients”. Dr Bhugra is only in on a part-time basis, but then fills her schedule on the other days, so she is “too busy” to help anyone else. I would not suggest this office to anyone.
This is the first doctor I’ve had that I actually have full faith in. She’s very attentive, and she helped me diagnose and treat my PMDD. I didn’t even know it existed and she was great about making sure to try different strategies before suggesting a low dose of medication. She also referred me to an amazing therapist.
