I bought a Felt road bike 30 days ago. I can't tell you how happy I am that not only did I support local business, but at the impeccable customer service you receive there. These folks are top notch!!! They always make time when you walk in, and trust me, I've been in a few times! And I've never felt pressured or stupid! Very helpful. Highly recommend!!!
They fixed my bike on the spot while I waited! The owner (I assume) gave my toddler a granola bar and let him play on the bikes!
I've recently gotten back into Mountain Biking after a long hiatus and Muddy River has been an extremely valuable resource. They've helped me in my slightly troubled process of refreshing my old bike with some modern tweaks to the purchase of a new mountain bike for my wife to learn the sport with. I look forward to many more years of visiting the shop and their helpful and fun to talk to staff.
Purchased a new 2014 Felt Nine 5 from MRBC. MRBC did a poor job of setup - rear skewer was not tightened wheel fell off when lifting it into SUV the next day, carbon seat post did not have any lubricant on it, front shifter needed adjustment so it did not move chain too far, the would not do adjustments for fit. Look elsewhere for full service. Did not go back for 100 mile tune up.
THE premiere bike shop in NW Ohio. Wide assortment of quality bikes & professional service by certified bike mechanics. They did an excellent job of pairing me with a great road bike & kitting me out. They are very knowledgeable. Whether you want to compete or just cruise they have a bike for you.
