The first visit was awesome. Today the second visit and the hair cut was okay. Got the call that my dog was ready and we run our own business as well. I had no idea that when you got the call you had to stop right then and go get your pet. The groomer we use to use was at the vet clinic and we had until they closed to pick them up. The hours are 9-5 here and the girl made it a point that they are done and ready to go home and this was at 3:15 so make sure you can drop and go whenever they call if you go here. I worked here for a day. Never went back because I saw groomers shaking dogs and employees screaming constantly and cussing stressing dogs out who were already frightened. They also had large parrots loose in the "grooming salon" around the dogs. Being a large bird owner myself I would never put my FID in such a high stress environment with the possibility of being attacked by a dog. Thats a risk no responsible pet parent would ever take no matter the numbers. Poor little guys. No dog or employee should be subjected to that ... read more
Winston and Milo love Muddy Paws trusted safe place for my kids
Took our Miniature Schnauzer there for the first time today. Very pleased with the grooming. The people there are also nice.
