Staff could treat customers better - pass on messages to the doctors, not say "you do know you're late" when someone for the first time was 7 minutes late for an apt.

I can't say enough good things about these vets and the staff. The professionalism and personal care they put into their relationships with their patients as well as the owners is second to none. Having owned animals all my life, many of which needed special care, I can say unequivocally, I have never met their equal. They also don't "nickel & dime" you and truly care about your insight & opinion regarding your pet.
We bring our boy Murphy here and we have had nothing but great experiences. From veterinarian care, to daycare and basic obedience training, everyone that works here is fantastic. They treat our Murphy like he’s one in a million and that’s compassion and care in this field that is one in a million. We love Muddy Creek and appreciate all they do.
