Don’t be dumb and ignore reviews like I did. I waited an hour and a half for Dr Sadoughi to call me (phone appointment) but she never did. I called multiple times and was told to wait and that’s she’s running behind. I ended up having them message her and she said she wasn’t seeing me since she only knows how to treat headaches/migraines. I don’t even have a diagnosis yet Staff said said neurologists get up to an hour to call back patients. Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Shafa. Extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The way he speaks to people is disgusting and unacceptable. Someone who treats patients and families with this level of disrespect does NOT deserve respect in return. Respect goes both ways, and Dr. Shafa clearly has none for the people who come to him for help. Honestly, I seriously question how someone with this attitude became a doctor. Very professional environment - very organized
Dr. Sadoughi is thorough and has a calm and professional demeanor. I believe she really cares about her patients. I am truly impressed with her office staff as well. They were helpful and kind every step of the way.
Dr. Rajamand is an excellent surgeon whose caring attitude is evident in every interaction. As one of his patients, I experienced his professional expertise firsthand when he performed back surgery on me . At no time did I feel my concerns regarding the procedure or recovery were unaddressed. Dr. Rajamand and the entire team at NeuroSpine Institute just as knowledgeable and compassionate.
