Awful experience, this place is definitely illegal, went for an massage but asked to claim in osteopathy. Highly doubt they do not have any RMT licenses. The place is super small and does not have separate rooms, everything is divided by curtain. The attitude of the receptionist was like gangster type, rude and unprofessional. I would never go again!!!
Terrible experience at this clinic. The place is small, poorly maintained, and feels unprofessional. The therapist used excessive force when massaging my waist which was my first time to come here — I ended up in pain for days, can hardly stand or walk. When I brought this up, their attitude was dismissive and even confrontational. They said it’s hard to prove any injury from massage and told me to “go through a lawyer” since they have insurance and are not afraid. Completely unacceptable service and attitude.
