I was quoted one price for freight and charged a different, higher amount. When I questioned this, I was told that I did not listen correctly and no changes would be made. Poor customer service.

Truck drivers- you cannot get to this place by going east on 31. You have to be going west on 31. There is storage units out front. The gate is small. You will need to be as far left on 31 to make the turn into gate. Best to get here very early as HWY 31 is very busy after about 0630. The 2nd gate is just barely wider than the first gate. Employees don't matter to them. Employee has worked 15 years for them. Always shows up on time, never calls in and then his sister gets very ill and has to go out of town for a week and the company denies it. Even though he is a valued employee. Shame on this company for the wages they pay their employees and how they treat them. They watch employees on a camera all day and yell at them for standing around but literally don't have work for them to do. They are paying highly skilled welders to sweep all day or mow.
