I was impressed with your friendly atmosphere and the professional and thorough examination you gave to me.
My husband had not been to the eye doctor in years but his vision was getting really bad, so he decided it was time. Unfortunately, Dr. Hazen was unable to correct his vision and determined that he likely had a condition that he needed to see a specialist for. She referred us to a specialist who confirmed her diagnosis. He then had to be fitted for a contact, so back to Med Springs and Dr. Hazen. She skillfully got him fitted and the contact ordered.
