I have enjoyed this real estate company. They are professional, but also really fun to be around!
Who talks someone out of a legitimate offer because "you can get a full offer" for a client that is terminally ill and is facing foreclosure? Who only requires $100.00 earnest money to take your house off the market? Who cancels showings/potential other buyers prior to closing? Who takes pictures of a home without prior notification and tells their client "Don't worry about how it looks...you are living here, it looks fine!". CHARRISE REED...thats who!
The house we rented by them had the plumbing cracked so each time it got clogged there was no pressure to send it through. We called a plumber he asked to have the city flushed the lines on the road first cause he didnt see any problem at the time. When the city flushed out the street it acted like a suction and it backed up into the house coming out of any hole it could. I texted and called so many times .
