Great Service from Toby. He worked around our busy dental office schedule. Will definitely have him back.
Made an appointment at 8 on a Saturday was told it would be closer to 10 the day before. 10 came and went. I called twice and talked to someone to let them know nobody showed. I also texted the number that confirmed my appointment. Never got a follow up phone call or a reason why they never showed up… Never got an estimate or a service.
I was recommended by mother to Toby "Muck Suck" I am aware that he has had some life issues lately but I don't think that this was his best job. He did not show up until after 3pm, when he was scheduled for first thing in the morning. Even if a business has problems they contact the customer.
Toby was exceptional, courteous and professional. Our carpets have not looked this nice since they were first installed. We wholly and completely recommend Muck'Suck Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and look forward to having them clean our carpets next time!!
Toby was awesome! He completely got all of our white carpets crystal clean!!
