Your manager at sarnia store needs a lesson learned. He picks certain customers that intentionally lessens the scoop of meat. He cheaps out not surprising of who he is Then he talks back to the customers instead listening. He is rude arrogant If you dont do anything then I will. No customer deserves to be disrespected
Beware of the app. It’ll charge your card but the order won’t go through on the app. I’ve contacted them and gotten zero response. I used to eat there weekly but now I’m done with their crap and their shitty refusal to acknowledge any emails.
I have been going to Mucho Burrito for years, however, today was my last time. Long time customer, who has Mucho Burrito 3x per month on average for lunch. Now that you got rid of shrimp as a protein option, I will be looking for a new burrito shop. It was the only protein pan fried fresh to order and the only burrito I ordered from you for the past several years. I don't think eliminating it was a good decision. Message me when you bring it back.
