Very worst service. Whenever, I come to pick up skip order, I always have to wait 30 mins to one hour. Today was the same . The girl at the counter was only taking take out orders. She never actioned the order and the customer ended up canceling at the end. Be aware any skip/ DoorDash/ Uber drivers.
The employee working this evening messed up two burritos. She acknowledged what we were ordering and yet put the wrong ingredients on. After putting sauce on one burrito she went to the back for more. Added sauce to the second burrito and went back to the first adding it again. The first burrito ended up being close to the consistency of a stew. Then all of the tables were dirty. Not just smudges. There were leftovers of people’s food on every table. Left disappointed.
Portion sizes were terribly small. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, the only veggies that were put in it were green peppers some of which were huge chunks, barely any chicken or cheese. We also ordered 3 tacos which were also very disappointing with very few toppings and sloppily made. Disappointing to say the least.
Mucho Burrito is amazing.. the creamy queso fries are so addictive! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
Worst Restaurant in Spruce Grove for pick up any orders for skip, DoorDash & Uber eats, they never made the order until the driver arrived there, I share my experience that I always wait there at least 15-20 minutes, so I requested who order from skip, DoorDash & uber eats be ready to wait for extra 15-20 minutes.
