Update two years later: what happened!!? Why has the quality gone so down hill? The first year was incredible, consistent, delicious. Now it’s a gamble every time. We are now hesitant to order here, and do so much less often, and only if there is a sale, because you just never know what you’re going to get. We are so disappointed. Preordered lunch along with 4 other coworkers for pick-up as we had a lot of work to do. Most of us ordered the salad and rice mix as we are watching our carbs. When we got there, and picked up our orders, the gentleman who prepared them was kind and made sure we had our cuttlery and napkins. I had been craving Mucho Burrito for a whole week, it’s my favourite burrito place and was also the first burrito place I ever tried. Went in today just before 1pm and the worker told me all they had was chorizo and wasn’t very pleasant at all almost kinda smirked and shrugged his shoulders and left me speechless. Nothing other was said, had he said something like we will have some more protein options in a half hour to an hour I would have gladly worked around that to have my burrito that I had been craving for a whole week... read more
First time trying mucho burrito, unfortunately the last. Rice was plain, a bit stale, barely any ingredients/sides on a saturday night too, got a low amount of meat, it was rough. Service was poor the worker was more interested in their phone, he just wasnt present and seemed like he hated his life. Theres better places to go for a burrito.
