Mucho burrito has a good chain fast food mentality. However, since every store is independent, the quality of the restaurant can vary. This one in particular had only one functioning bathroom of which it was the employees bathroom that you had to use, and it was very unclean. Went in there first thing for the day and it was not cleaned. The floors were dirty as well as some of the tables. When I went in I had ordered a burrito..the ground beef looked like it was 3-4 days old, like it was almost burnt, they didn't put a full scoop on it, veggies did not look appetizing, everything looked like it was mushy, and the worst thing was the sour cream, it was soo watery, like watered down not thick like sour cream is suppose to be.. it was some lady that served me, she wasn't very friendly at all.. I really don't see me coming back there again..bad experience
My experience here was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I was greeted as soon as I walked by this lady, she's got red hair, I think her name is Annette.. AMAZING service very friendly.. i have never had such great service from someone as cheery as she was.. I think, as my own personally thinking.. she deserves a promotion or a raise or hey even better...a manager...
Can't handle the lunch rush and have cancelled my orders multiple times now at the last min. Not returning, I'll go to chipotle.
