Usually we buy here, but today experience was very bad because of the person who prepared our rice bowl has just filled only half of the bowl. It’s not just the qty which can happen sometimes , its the attitude which is not acceptable. Not planning to visit this shop again anymore just because of today’s experience.
Me and my bf come here from time to time and every time Ali is working we are so happy to see him! He is a gentle giant! So kind, sweet, polite, professional, very good young man. He provides best service, I want to say in the whole city. He is generous with toppings. He makes the best burritos. Always have a great conversation. He's always happy and friendly. Dear Owner, I recently visited your Mucho Burrito location, and I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t running. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant, making it uncomfortable not only for customers but, more importantly, for your employees. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff who were working hard in such difficult conditions. Preparing food and serving customers in that level of heat must be exhausting.
