This Mucho Burrito is AMAZING. Its clean, staff is friendly, and the food is so good! I dont understand how it doesnt have a 5 star rating.
Two mucho bowls with 15% tip came to $50. Both bowls were less then half full and both were the x2 protein bowls. We had the same employee noted in all the complaints below. For everyone reading you can have a sit down lunch at Arthurs pub in the best western hotel for that same price, for a great portion of good food and not feel like your getting completely ripped off. I should have taken photo’s to post here. We will never return to this location.
I frequently go to the Cobourg location as we love the food. When we go and the taller, older lady is working (tonight she was) we are always disappointed with the service. She is always rude, never gives us what we ask for, gives smaller portions and always makes our experience uncomfortable.
