Worst Mucho location ever. Staff is horrible. The food is always cold and dried out, chicken, rice are so dry it is not edible. I have tried to complain online and in store. Nothing changes at this location. They do not care about quality at all. I even tried to contact head office to complain so things would change. Head office did not even acknowledge my email or concerns.

I go to Mucho Burrito more times than I’d like to admit. This specific location though is doing your brand a disservice. I’ve been here at least 10 times and each time they quickly skip over the veggies (sautéed peppers), never asking if I want any. I ask and they look annoyed and go to make a one off on the stove. It’s so weird. No other location does this. I wonder if they’re trying to save money on each burrito/bowl by not even asking if a customer wants it? Whatever the reason, it’s not standard service.

Chick at the counter get a job you actually want. Absolutely the most miserable person I’ve met behind a counter. It almost seemed painful for her to do her job, no customer service at all. We waited 5 mins before being acknowledge not even a hi or be right with you, She pretty much whispered the entire time and everytime asked “sorry what” she seemed to be annoyed. Did not once increase her volume and when asked about product she was no help at all she just rolled her eyes. Worst experience.

I came in to grab some food to take out for lunch. I had never ordered a bowl at much burrito before. The server seemed super impatient with me as I decided what I wanted in my bowl. Why? I was the only person there! And although the food was good, I couldn't help but be taken back by the lack of friendliness, apathy, and impatience. I won't be returning.
