My first time ordering food from here. Today sep 17 around 830. This lady sukhman, I feel so bad for her. She was by her self, 4 people in line. 3 skip orders. And she had no help. My question to the owner, this is your responsibility to help your staff. If you have short staff , then you should help your team. I understand sometimes, we get short staff but being a owner or manager. We have to make sure we look after our staff. They dont deserve this. I ate at this location today at around 1:30. Staff were kind, no issue on that end. The amount of FLIES was crazy. As I am ordering, flying around my head, I wanted beef or pork but noticed the flies landing on all the meats especially, the only protein covered with a lid was the chicken so I went with chicken.
Ordered for take out through uber eats. Food wasn’t ready after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Called to double check they didn’t miss my order but no response. Does it really take over an hour to make 2 burritos? Come on people. Have enough staff to make sure you take care of third party deliveries if you’re signed to it.
Today around 5.30pm I visited Mucho burrito ,I had a wonderful experience.The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Sukhwant , in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!
