Ordered for take out through uber eats. Food wasn’t ready after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Called to double check they didn’t miss my order but no response. Does it really take over an hour to make 2 burritos? Come on people. Have enough staff to make sure you take care of third party deliveries if you’re signed to it.
Today around 5.30pm I visited Mucho burrito ,I had a wonderful experience.The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Sukhwant , in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I went around 6 pm and had a fantastic experience at Mucho Burrito! The food was incredibly fresh — every bite was full of flavor and quality ingredients. The service was warm and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. I also loved the ambience; it’s vibrant yet comfortable, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Can’t wait to come back!
Older lady on the front had the craziest attitude. Not very friendly at all. Kept glaring at me and even snapped when I asked a question. Train your staff on better customer service
