I don't know what's happened since Victor left. I was serviced by a guy who clearly was not able to understand simple directions. It's not his fault to say maybe he could not understand me. Then after he made my burrito he kept looking at the bill for a long time as I chose not to tip. After he handed my burrito I ate and when I finished I started feeling gut rot. This place has gone downhill and I miss Harvey he used to make me good burritos. I will not be back here which helps because I do not live in the area.
The food has really gone downhill. The service is horrible, they want to add an extra charge for everything. I wanted medium salsa instead of the mild, the guy making our bowls looks up and says extra charge. We use to come here every week and unfortunately today will be our last time for this location. Miss the Mexican music!
Edit sept 2026: I guess I’m dumb for trying again. Idk. Maybe I’ll try them in another year or so. It’s too bad because when these guys first opened the owner was really great and took pride in the quality. I placed a pickup order with an estimated ready time of 1:04 p.m. and arrived around 1:13 p.m., already 9 minutes after the estimated pickup time. My order had not even been started. I was told they had been “really busy,” which was confusing given what I observed when I arrived.
