I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. On April 27th at around 3:15 PM, I came to pick up my order through Uber, and the staff member I interacted with had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and unwelcoming, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Good customer service is essential, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves staff behavior in the future.
