Tall dude just made our first experience here so uncomfortable. I don't know what he's been through, but he definitely needs to improve his costumer service skills.
This is one of the better mucho burritos . Always clean , staff is friendly. Great portions
I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve always been impressed with service and quality of food. However, the change in no longer offering whole pinto beans and having to opt for refried is not great. Not a fan of how it tastes (hopefully others are though). As someone who doesn’t eat meat it’s made the protein options more limited.
been coming here for years, and this is my go to location, better than any burrito place and any other mucho in town for the price, the staff are always nice, the food is always perfect, never had a bad bit of rice, or a chewy piece of steak, I absolutely recommend coming here, it's the best
Poor customer service, small portions. - Was told to wait 10mins but ended up waiting 20 mins for the shrimp to cook and was forced to prepay. The rice and bean were prepared beforehand which caused the rice to turn mushy by the time the shrimp was done. -They even had the audacity to charge me 25 cents for extra onions even though I had to prepay and wait so long. -Food is mediocre, and service is terrible…particularly the bigger lady
