I visited Mucho Burrito Shawnessy today after quite some time and was genuinely looking forward to having a good meal. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I first walked in, I noticed the employee working at the till rolling her eyes. When it was my turn to order, I ordered a burrito, and while she was preparing the wrap, I mentioned that I would also like a quesadilla. The issue was they ran out of 4 major toppings while I waited in line and was not notified until I got to the front of the line! They could have at least put up a sign or let folks know. I then went to Mahogany, where it was not fresh AT all. Usually love Mucho but has not been good lately. I’m disappointed.
