On July 10 around 4pm my wife and I went to this location. We wanted to redeem or free items from the mucho app. Both were just Mercado fries and her birthday free items of churro fries. The lady at the counter greeted us didn’t give us her name. But insisted that we had to make the order online to have it apply. Even though we have gotten free items from this location before, as well there was no mention of needing to redeem our free items only through online orders. I don’t have much to say other than this was the worst service I have ever had. The lady working July 10th at 4pm was awful she had such attitude when we asked about using our free reward. She lied to us saying that it could only be used online which was false as that is stated no where and we have been to others in the city which allowed us to.
