I was so excited for Cinco de Mayo today so I decided to get a steal of a deal burrito at Mucho near my work. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the level of service. I pre-ordered my burrito online and asked to have sauce on the side (as highlighted on my receipt). The Mucho Burrito website allows you to make notes or special requests......but upon pickup, the lady at the counter didn't include my sauce and when I pointed out that I ordered sauce on the side, she told me "sauce is very expensive."
