Service is horrible waited 15 minutes after opening still no service.
The manager at this Mucho Burrito is one of the most shockingly unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with in a restaurant. Her behaviour is consistently cruel, aggressive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. Instead of managing the place, she seems to go out of her way to intimidate staff and speak down to customers. The atmosphere she creates is toxic from the moment you walk in.
