This is my Husband's and my favorite place to get burritos, they're so delicious, highly recommend.
Subpar service. I expect efficiency at a fast food establishment, but the service was slow. I would rate the service I received from the staff member 0, as it was disappointing. Despite the store being empty of customers, I experienced a 30-minute wait. Furthermore, I encountered a disagreement with the staff member, and when a female colleague intervened, it became apparent that there was confusion. I was left feeling dissatisfied.
Ive been coming to this location since they opened all those years ago.. and i have never had a bad experience, bad food, or been disappointed when trying something new. My only request: make the ghost pepper burrito a more regular feature! The fig jam is incredible!
