The food here is amazing, the service specifically is so welcoming and warm, creating a perfect environment to go out to eat.
Am I crazy for thinking these places shouldn't be allowed to ask for a tip at the machine? The last couple times I came here I seemed to get an attitude from the staff and the only thing I can think of is the tip. Great way to pit customer against staff instead of just paying them??
Stop asking me for tips at the till for god sakes. Tips are reserved for waiting staff, not sandwich stations. How about you pay your staff fairly instead of expecting me to subsidize their wages? I'm running out of places to eat because all you greedy businesses are looking for handouts at the debit machine and it's pathetic.
