used to love the one in AB but this one has removed all the good options to put on your food. we stopped coming as every time we ordered there and came after the app said they never have started our order... usually managers are chatting away about personal stuff and the person at the bottom of the totem pole is sweeping and cleaning the floors. very disappointed at my experience at this location. I’m a long standing customer and the new hires from the past year are absolutely the worst. Zero customer service and no smile. Also they aren’t educated on their own deals and yelled at me at their location today. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, charged me for extra salsa without providing it, and the food was mediocre. Went there tonight highly disappointed their nachos were stale and gross. The last time I went there, I got a burrito. It was OK and I ordered the churros the sauce that they pour all over those churros…disgusting, if you ever order it get the sauce on the side or no sauce at all. It’s unfortunate because this place is very close to me and I end up driving to Abbotsford to get decent Mexican food when it’s right next to me I don’t even feel comfortable complaining about their food Just feels like there would be no point.
