The varying quantities of meat you get can be frustrating. I just bought 2 mucho burritos, same toppings, and when the guy was assembling the burritos he clearly put more meat on one than the other, I probably should have said something. I weighed them when I got home and there was almost a 100g difference between the two! If I'm paying over $30 for 2 burritos I expect more than a quarter of a chicken breast.... Makes it hard to justify going back.
I was appalled and I’m a very easy going person… Really messy counters, burnt chicken, everything looking rotten, dust from the press on the shell of my burrito….Yikes! I love cilantro and 1 look at their cilantro tin had me skipping my favorite garnish. Worst $30 I’ve ever spent and I usually enjoy Mucho :( Save the $$ and don’t eat here lol
Chicken was overcooked, dry, and burnt. Didn’t get cilantro, avocado, and lettuce because they appeared brown and slimy. The toppings I did get weren’t great quality. And their kitchen looked like a complete mess, I had to opt for the cleanest looking sauce bottle spout because the others were caked with old discolored sauce. First time and last time here

worst experience . went their on 29-11-2025 around 15:30 . the guy was nice but the girl was so rude no smile nothing. ordered large fries and got regular size portion and nachos were wet . she didn’t even asked you want something else and was giving weird looks .
