Don’t bother ordering online for pick up. Your order won’t be ready, and you will be waiting 15 minutes. Been late for work 4/5 times I’ve ordered, and I work across the street.
March 1, 2025 I ordered a steak bowl on 2 seperate occasions. Both times had the exact same issues. So now i know it was not a mistake. Both times my bowl didn't even have a tablespoon amount of steak in it. The few pieces I got were so tiny and rock hard, tasted like it was from yesterday. I ordered right when they opened so everything should of been cooked fresh. On top of that, you only fill the bowl halfway... maybe you should get smaller bowls if you want to be cheap. Disinterested crew working there, no customer service whatsoever. It’s like the ladies were there to chitchat full time and do work on the side. The food was okay, but I’d rather eat at a place where people can at least try to serve you in some way and not look as if they’re being forced to make your food. Never going back to this location again :)
