The manager at this Mucho Burrito location is extremely unprofessional and rude. She keeps making up her own rules and policies about the sauces, which are completely different from other Mucho Burrito locations. This has been happening multiple times now, and it’s really disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer, but this kind of attitude and inconsistency makes the experience unpleasant. Management seriously needs to look into this.
Great staff and good food
I’m a regular customer at this Mucho Burrito location and visit at least twice a week, if not more. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude was very disappointing. When I asked for extra sauce, she was rude and made unnecessary faces instead of simply explaining the policy, and even denied recognizing me as a regular customer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a competitive market where good customer service matters most. The management really needs to address this.
Had a great meal at Mucho Burrito! The burritos were packed with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. I loved the customizable options the spicy chicken burrito was especially delicious. Quick service and a clean, casual atmosphere. Definitely a go-to spot for a tasty, satisfying bite!
