Terrible service - I ordered online and showed up after the pickup time given, they didn’t have it ready and chose to prioritize the people in line before making mine. Not cool but sort of understandable, until it got worse. 5 more people came into the restaurant and they took and prepared all those orders before starting mine. They didn’t even do me the courtesy of putting me in the queue based on when I came in. All I got for my trouble was a “sorry”.
Extremely slow work we came here instead of chipotle and regretted it majorly we waited 20 mins just to order when there was three people ahead of us. Loved it here but i think you lost a customer🥲🥺
No where in my order did I say add lettuce Added cheese to the order that said no cheese - dairy allergy. This place gets worse and worse.
I love mucho burrito and usually go to the Pandosy location, where the food, service, and cleanliness are great. This location however felt very dirty. I was looking forward to have chips and queso and immediately saw uncovered buckets of chips on the dirty floor covered in garbage and a disgustingly dirty garbage can- all within plain sight of ordering. Very nice staff. I placed an order here which i thought i placed for pandosy location, i came to pick up my food after 5 hours. When i came to pick up the order the staff PREETI not only gave me my order but also made me fresh bowl. This was a very nice gesture from the staff which is rare these days. Thank you
