Says open google, on the front door. But yet the door was locked and I called 4 times with no answer. I saw people inside while I was trying to open the locked door. Brutal
I came into the restaurant with my son and was waiting for another family to complete their order and we were next, then a Skip the Dishes driver came in well after I had been waiting for service and he was chosen before my son and I. We had not been given any eye contact or communication from the one employee behind the counter, which I am compassionate towards as I have worked in client service my entire life and fully understand. This place has really gone down hill since it opened. They are sooooooo stingy with portions and then charge you a crazy amount for their crappy food. We used to get food here regularly but not anymore. Tonight was the last time I will go back to this location. I will be going to the other Mucho Burrito in Kanata. Way better service and they aren’t stingy with their portions.
The two people working are very friendly and make the best burritos.
