Food aside, the staff made the whole experience uncomfortable. They were awkward, unprofessional, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. The weird vibes alone are enough to not come back.
Very bad service, I was very disappointed with the customer service. Very rude, no smile just attitude. The meat was very dry and tasted like rubber. Save your money, it’s not worth it.
I honestly don’t understand the hype around Mucho Burrito. The food was incredibly disappointing for the price. The burrito was poorly assembled, falling apart halfway through eating it, and the ingredients tasted anything but fresh. The rice was dry, the meat was bland, and the portions were much smaller than expected. On top of that, the service was rushed and unfriendly.
