Nick at the Orillia, ON location is always extremely friendly and courteous. All staff at this location over the years provide wonderful service. Always greeted when entering the establishment. This location is always clean and the food has always been fresh, great tasting and good quantity for your dollar. We visit this location every Friday night and have since it opened years ago. Would highly recommend.
Burritos are good here anytime I've ordered anything other then that not so much . Today I ordered spiced Mercado fries and i got a handful of waffle fries with waay to much toppings. Crazy that they charge almost 10$ for this slop
I thought I had just found my favorite place to eat. Came three times in a week. Came in today, had a request, was dismissed. Customer service was poor, no English. Just drove from the other side of town. I won't be back sorry. A customer service position requires the person to speak the native language of the area in a clear enough.And concise way as to be able to have a conversation.
