Restaurant has a current promotion on uber eats for bogo mercado fries, accepted my order then contacted me an hour later to cancel my order because they’re “not doing fries”. Why accept my order only to cancel it an hour later? I now have to wait 3-10 business days for a refund
Horrible service here, counter girl can barely put words together in the English language
It's a favorite spot of mine for a quick and healthy lunch. The staff is super friendly and they seem to care about my patronage. The food is always fresh and delicious. also the place is clean and pleasant, they even play some nice music for atmosphere.
The atmosphere was nice (clean and good volume of music), but the girls working this past Saturday afternoon were very dismissive, 0 customer service... no matter how much I tried to make them smile or converse... unless they were speaking to each other, saying "aunty" and whatnot. It's a Mexican(!!) restaurant, but you feel like you're being insulted in a different language. Girls need retraining. Made me feel like I was begging. Felt unwelcome and will not be coming back to this location.
Terrible experience. The service was really rough, the person serving us was very rude, dismissive and would give us an annoyed look every time we asked for anything on our burrito bowls. We had to beg for every additional topping to be added. Honestly I would never come here again, it's just really upsetting and was such a negative experience and terrible end to our day.
