My husband and I came in to try Mucho Burrito because they were having a family and friends event. We were the only customers there and we were never greeted, I went to order when the guy was standing behind the order area and he didn’t acknowledge me and just turned around putting things away when I started ordering, The customer service experience was probably the worst I’ve had anywhere in a long time, the food looked delicious but my burrito had a very strange taste to it and it just wasn’t as good as it looked. I come here occasionally, but today’s experience was disappointing. The staff member was quite stingy with the portions and didn’t mention that some ingredients come with an extra charge. She skipped the cheese completely so I had to inform her to go back and add it. It’s clear that their Staff and training is on a decline.
I picked up off uber eats. My bowl was filled to the BRIM! Was delicious! Very happy with my meal :) The staff was also very friendly Thank you!
I had a buy 1 get 1 free so I decided to go there to try them. Got the regular size ones and now we are so full. The portions are worth the money.
