We waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to the counter to take our order. We knew they were open because the lights were on and the prep area was stocked up with food, but there was no one to be seen. After we gave up and got food from somewhere else, we watched as six other people approached the counter over the next half hour, and all experienced the same thing as we did. We didn't see an employee come out at any point during that time. Can't comment on food or service because we didn't receive either.
Waited about 20 minutes, for no one to show up… no signs, just crickets. Had to go to tbell instead :( Very disappointed in the service. Won’t be waisting my time again.
Really shocked to go at that place even the place is in mall no one at the counter from last 20 min just waiting for food delivery. Wow Even the 3 coustmer is going back and coustmer told me the store guys do that things always really bad place to visit
My mobile order didn’t start getting made until HALF AN HOUR after I placed it, even though there was only one other customer in line!! I tried to pick up two times, but the singular employee was in the back and came out after 5 minutes, then told me she’d start making it in a moment. She seemed sweet but Mucho Burrito has consistently terrible service :/
