Let me start by saying that Mucho is one of my favorites. I usually go to the Crowfoot location but tried the Cochrane location last nite. I was in the restaurant at approximately 4:45 pm so I might have been too early. The staff was great, the server was great, the food was sub par. I asked for a double meat steak bowl to go and when I got home the meat was very dry, obviously over cooked, several pieces of grisol in the meat. Ordered online and had a pickup time of 5:32. I arrived early at 5:20 and my order was ready 10 minutes early, already in the bag. What if I didn't arrive until 5:30? The food was not good, it was already cold, seems like it was ready at 5:10, 20 minutes early. Tacos fell apart, literally the tortillas disintegrated. The fries were cold to the touch. Not happy. Staff needs to know that if a pickup is at 5:30, don't make it at 5. It has been years since I went here and now will be years before I come back.

I've eaten here a few times and had a few less than positive experiences. The last time made me drop this place from 5 to 3 stars though. I ordered a veggie quasadiea and they only offered rice, beans, jalapeños, and cilantro for toppings. Literally thats all. so I made a pretty anemic meal with those offerings, they even fought me on adding chickpeas because chickpeas aren't technically a topping for veggie quasadiea and only agreed to not charge extra for those because I didn't want any sause, not any corn though, that wou... read more
