I heard the workers don’t handle the food properly and it sounds like a health issue
I used to love mucho burrito. I always get the same thing and they always used to come in at over 2 lbs. The value for the amount of food used to be great. I just got one and weighed it. 1 lb 1 oz. Just not worth it anymore.
Why was there only 1 employee scheduled for 6pm on a Friday night? Poor girl had a lineup of 5 people and skip waiting patiently for her while she worked by herself. It took over 10 minutes just to have my order taken and I'm not faulting the employee on this one. Shame on management for setting the team up for failure
This location restricts the amount of toppings you can add. Sad to see.
I was restricted to only 3 ingredients in my burrito by the worker. I have been to many other mucho burrito and never had such a limit.
