I ordered a burrito bowl and it was absolutely disgusting. Super bland, the chorizo had 0 flavour. I tried to even give it to someone else at my table and they thought it was terrible. Spent $15.00 on a meal I threw in the garbage. Never again
The short Filipina employee working today ignored the customer ahead of us for several minutes, going in and out without acknowledgment. She clearly needs some training—or retraining—in customer service. Rolling your eyes at customers for asking simple questions is unacceptable. When we asked for extra sauce, it was met with attitude, and although our meals were supposed to include guacamole, we were charged for it and later discovered it wasn’t even included. I just ordered one kids quesadilla and one regular veggie quesadilla and at the time of side cream for kids I have got less than 1 oz cream in 4 oz cup which is just liquid for not even any thickness or creamy. I told attendees to give little more cream because it’s for my kid order and I didn’t ask for Salsa but She(attendees) argued. I asked her nicely and she told me that next time you should ask me nicely when I did not even told her anything.
