Food & service? Decent. But the hidden "Admin fee" tacked onto the bill left a bad taste. The cashier couldn't explain it, and management falsely claimed it was a "state of Virginia thing" — it's actually a business choice, and far exceeds standard credit card processing fees. Owners need to stop using misleading, hidden charges and properly train their staff instead of making them squirm and evade explanations for management's bad policies.
3 adults, we all ordered a meal, & an also 1 order of street tacos. The food was good. Be aware, they charge for everything!! Chips $1.99/basket (after 1), which is on the menu, but if 3 of you came in and set by yourselves, you would each get a basket of chips! Extra salsa was $1.25/bowl, after only bringing 2 bowls, for 3 people, that had maybe enough salsa for 5-6 chips. Asked for limes for the street tacos & they charged $1.25 for them. Wonderful service, friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner and everything was fairly priced.
Horrible experience from delayed service and late food to wrong items being given with no attempt to even correct the issue. Top that off with committing credit card fraud by adding a tip by changing the receipt and the owner admitting it all. Contacted credit card company and police. Stay away from here.
Quick bite to eat while in town! They had a really cute patio that I ate my Togo food at! The girly who helped me was really pleasant. Food was delicious!!
