The highest accolades for Nick, Austin and the entire Mucciante team. They spent 2.5 weeks trying to diagnose the issue with our system, and ultimately just replaced the entire unit. They are prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable. We appreciate all their hard work despite the heatwave we had! We highly recommend Mucciante Heating & Cooling and will be using them again in the future.
I called Nick to set up an appointment for duct cleaning. He was very responsive as well as Ryan. They got me on the schedule and Austin arrived with his helper right on time. They finished sooner than expected and left our home in great shape. I have used Mucciante several times and have never been disappointed. We will use him whenever we have an issue.
The workers were professional. They did their jobs efficiently and then cleaned up after themselves. We love our central air!
Very nice employees. I left a message and they came out the following morning by 9 AM. I was super impressed with how professional and thorough they were on explaining what my issue was. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for somebody to take care of your heating and cooling needs.
