Family environment learning something new everytime
My son (11) wanted to gain some fitness whilst learning to defend himself in the process. We went to check out Mauy X and to see if the fit was right for what he needed. We were welcomed with friendly faces that made us feel comfortable and safe. Since being involved in Mauy X my son has gained alot of confidence and maturity this also resulting in great discipline. Stuart the trainer is driven, he is firm but fair with alot of patience to help those that train gain the skills and the techniques required.
Muay X is a great place with Stu & Mal being very friendly & welcoming to everyone from the moment you arrive. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience here that the coaches and members are happy to share, making it an ideal environment for all ages and abilities.
