Absolutely atrocious i would have to spend 30 minutes driving around trying to find a sparking spot to say goodbye to my dying uncle. Yall need better parking, there’s no reason for your patients family to be driving for more than 10 minutes trying to find parking. To only be in the building for less than hour. Staff were nice tho.
A $10 credit card fee to pay my $20 invoice online? Disgusting. Shame on you.
While I totally understand for that unexpected emergencies, often times, you're waiting to be seen or operated on. (especially when you can't eat or drink for surgery, and they're taking their time or delaying any kind of information to the patient or their family members)
