RecommendedThe doctors and student staff did a wonderful job with our dog when she was receiving cancer treatments. They spoiled her terribly and she loved going for her visits.
RecommendedMy 7 year old lab mix Quinn has been seen at MU’s Emergency Vet twice now. The first time, in 2015, she was seen for poisoning when she toppled my dresser and ingested an entire bottle of my thyroid medication. Today, February 2019, she was seen after she experienced unexplained partial facial paralysis last week followed by a handful of terrifying seizure-like episodes. Better communication between staff and client. A student was not supervised before giving "resluts" to a client which resulted in extra procedures being done. An itemized bill was not given to client to show cost of procedures.
RecommendedI am so happy that we ended up here when my fur baby needed emergency heart care. We were seen quickly, I was greeted with compassion, and given whatever time was needed to understand what was happening and why. Tansy was taken care of and loved by the staff while there.
