Replaced my roof last year and was not pleased with the results due to having a leak develop around the skylight that was not there before replacing the roof. Had to ask the roofer to try and fix because they may have damaged the flashing around the skylight. Also they knocked off the heating vent cover and they said it was old not in good shape. I bought four new tires from Pitcher Perfect Tires for $424.00 and paid $100.00 to have them balanced , Swap out the old tires and put on the new tires.When I got home I checked the recommended air pressure on each tire and found them to be over 10 psi on each tire.See *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** will wear out prematurely. Don't rent here it's falling apart not up to code buildings has black mold windows broken out. the owner doesn't repair anything if u have special needs kids she will evicted you if u talk to anyone it will get u kicked out wiring is out of date bed bugs everywhere and if u get them from a different ***** you will be evicted if u buy ur appliances keep the receipt she will try to clam it as hers and you have no rights accordingly to her DO NOT RENT FROM SLUM LORD WARNING!!!

Landlord wants a lot of rent money for his small small apartments that have only 1 door to enter and exit from, and Maintenance team can fix your toilet in 5 minutes after waiting 4 weeks for them to come over and tighten the bolts to the hinges. Afterwards, you’ll still be smelling urine in the bathroom with no discount on your rent or have no content of staying here whatsoever! Don’t rent from this ******* ********!!!

*** took 2 of our children. **** spent the most time on our case trying to convince us to sign away all parental rights instead of fighting to get our kids back. She repeatedly broke confidentiality and told *** workers things we told her. **** failed to provide legally required, and requested responses to the court. **** repeatedly provided incorrect, and just wrong information.
