They provided exceptional service with excellent customer service. They really care about their customers and are passionate about their profession. They go above and beyond every step of the way. They are loyal and trustworthy. They do what they say they are going to do and they keep the customer updated every step of the way. I’m referring everyone I know to them when asked for a recommendation. Tried several companies before finding them and there is no comparison
Been using them for years for my commercial needs. Mario and his crew do top notch work and with very reasonable prices. I recommend them to all my friends and family which says a lot.
Do not use under any circumstances. Charged $2000 for a single day's work with equipment that can be rented from home depot for $100. Less than a month later the issue re-appeared, they said "sorry, no refund, no warranty". I had another plumber come out and do the same job for less than half the price and included a 6 month warranty. Issue has not come up again. For 3 months I have been trying to get MTZ on the phone to discuss the issue. They promise a call back from the owner that never comes. I've filed a lawsuit to reco... read more
Would highly recommend. Mario and crew were VERY knowledgeable, polite, friendly, excellent communication, cleaned up area after work, etc….. I could go on. Very happy with the total job. Called them in the morning and the job was finished the same day. Even got my new faucet for me and sent photos so I could pick the one I wanted. You can’t go wrong with this company.
