Wonderful experience! You can tell they have been in business a long time and quality customer care. We drove from San Antonio to MTZ Engine Rebuilders in Houston and on our drive we got stuck in a traffic accident that delayed us over 4 hours on a Saturday and their hours of operation on Saturdays are 9 to 12. We were not going to make it by 12, but the owner extended his hours for us until we got there!! I bought a 2005 5.9 Cummins over a year ago from MTZ, it was running good but one of the injectors was bad and cost my piston and damage to my engine. My warranty had already expired and didn’t cover the damage but thanks to the owner he worked something out with me and got my problem fixed. Definitely recommend MTZ engine rebuilders, great service!

I've been waiting for my 6.4 rebuild engine,since May but two wks ago I took my core cause they couldn't complete it, so I did and they told me it was going to take 2 wks tops!! And its been more than that and no answer or call back or txt..

Moises, what you forgotto mention on the review that all you did was paid $1,000 deposit, we explain we were not going to finish the motor if you didn't paid in full, it took you a couple of months to get the rest of the money and you were very clear about you not having enough money to pay in fullyourengine. I ordered an 5.9L Cummins engine from MTZ engine rebuilders last December for my 2007 Dodge Ram. Engine was received as ordered. I have 3000 miles so far on this engine and couldn't be happier with its performance at this point!
