I visited for the first time this morning, after having problems starting my car. Courteous and professional, Melchi quickly diagnosed the problem and in the end, I paid less than half what I expected!!!!! Picked this shop after seeing good reviews, and my first brake repair went well. Since then, communication has fallen apart. Twice last year I dropped off my car for body work—promised estimates, never got them. Called today for a brake fluid flush—left on hold, told I’d get a call back, nothing. Convenient location, but whether they actually serve you is pure luck. Roll the dice and hope your call isn’t treated like junk.
Outstanding service. Checked problem within a couple hours had diagnosed problem. Very good people to deal with. Highly recommend. I will bring my other vehicles here from now on.
