One of their subcontractors worked on 4 years of returns at one time for me. 3 of the 4 returns were done incorrectly (wrong ss #, incomplete income amounts, all three missing schedule 1, schedule c), and I am still trying to resolve them a YEAR later. The main office has assisted in resolving some of the issues but it has taken hours and hours of my time to try to understand the problems and get them handled, and has caused quite a bit of anxiety, so the fee I paid for the four returns seems like money not well spent.
