Very friendly coustmer service agents
I live next door to a property managed by this business and have been constantly horrified with their business practices. From speaking to multiple tenants, not only do they not do sufficient repairs ( if they do them at all) but they are extremely rude. From their refusal to help remove drug dealers ( I was ignored for almost a year and threatened) to being hung up on and told sewage from this property soaking into my yard 'does not concern me' I am more than irritated.
