They need to fix their customer service first before fixing customer problems. Just like the other reviews the lady at the phone was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She said she would see if someone is around in my area and get back to me but did not and when I called back a few mins later the office was closed and it was Friday. The next two days the office was closed and now on Monday she is saying that it is my fault that I did not put someone on schedule. PISS POOR SERVICE!!. Would not recommend. ❌ MTW pipeworks did a piss poor job installing my kitchen sink. The sink was leaking terribly. Someone was sent out to fix the sink. (Very nice, respectful guy) But after fixing the leaks in the sink, I noticed my garbage disposal no longer works. Called to have someone sent out to fix it. The customer service rep was cold, argumentative and not even a simple apology was given for loss of use or wasting my time.
